摘　　要：Too much salt accumulate in a superheater and steam pipeline so that the gelatin factory have to wash the steam system with acid.The reason of the water entrained by steam was studied in this paper.Too much salt accumulate in a superheater and steam pipeline so that the gelatin factory have to wash the steam system with acid.
