摘 要:随着国家对燃用劣质燃料的重视,600 MW"W"型锅炉得到了广泛的应用,但是它存在的诸多问题也暴露了出来,针对燃用超低挥发分无烟煤的华润电力湖南有限公司2号锅炉投产后出现的燃烧不稳、水位偏差大、飞灰炉渣含碳量大等问题,进行了充分的原因分析,并提出了解决办法,在该电厂采取了部分措施后,问题基本得到了解决,这为国内其它600 MW"W"型锅炉的调整和改造提供一定的借鉴。With the great importance to low-grade fuel for country, 600 MW "W"-type boiler is widely used. But many problems with it are also exposed. In the paper, the causes of problems are analyzed like combustion instability, the water level deviation, and a large quantity of fly ash carbon content in slag and so on that appear after Hua Run electricity power Hunan Co. NO. 2 unit burning ultra-low volatile anthracite trial produced. And the proposed solutions are put forward. After the power plant took some measures, the problems basically resolved. This provides a reference too for adjustment and transformation of the other domestic 600 MW "W" type boilers.
