摘　　要：针对当前公路建设管理中存在的诸多问题和不足,本文从项目法人主体行为的角度,提出在项目质量管理、项目投资管理、项目进度管理、合同管理等方面的规范措施。For the current existing problems and shortcomings in the course of highway construction and management, the author proposes some measures about project quality management, investment management, schedule management, contract management from the point of view of the main legal acts of Projects Corporate.
