摘 要:为了找出影响花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性的主要因素,使花岗岩大规模应用于沥青路面成为可能,从花岗岩沥青胶浆着手,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR),对不同花岗岩石粉、不同粉胶比条件下的沥青胶浆进行流变性能的研究,以此分析不同花岗岩与沥青交互作用能力。并通过冻融劈裂试验检验沥青混合料水稳定性与沥青和石粉交互作用能力之间的关系,发现花岗岩沥青胶浆的流变学性质与花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性之间存在良好的对应关系。对不同花岗岩自身性质的分析,得出了影响花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性的石料指标,并最终提出路用花岗岩石料选择标准。In order to find out the main influence factor to the water stability of granite asphalt mixture and make large-scale use of granite aggregate in asphalt pavement possible, dynamic shear rheometer was used to study the theological properties of asphalt mastics with different granite powders and different filler-asphalt ratios to analyse the interaction ability between different granites and asphalt. The relation of the water stability of asphalt mixture with the interaction of granite and asphalt was verified by freeze-thaw split test. It is found that there is a good corresponding relationship between the theological property of granite asphalt mastic and the water stability of the granite asphalt mixture. According to the analysis on the properties of different granites, the aggregate index which influence on the water stability of the granite asphalt mixture was obtained, and the selection criteria of the road granite aggregates was put forward.
