摘 要:通过运用双层规划法,为物流配送系统中典型的多对一配送网络建立具有随机需求的、多产品的库存与运输整合优化数学模型,同时做出库存控制与运输组织两方面的决策。提出了把整合问题分成库存与运输两个问题的改进启发式方法,前者将成本针对不同产品加以分配,后者针对不同周期寻求成本的优化,通过二者之间的反复迭代,解决库存与运输的整合优化问题。最后,运用算例验证模型与算法的有效性,从而实现更贴近于大规模现代物流配送实践的数学描述与求解研究。In view of typical many- one distribution network in the modern distribution logistics system, the mathematic model on the inventory-transport integrated optimization problem with stochastic demand and diversified products was established by using bi-level programming method. Both decisions of inventory control and transport organization were made at the same time. An improved heuristic algorithm was proposed to divide the integration into inventory and transport: the costs were distributed by the former according to different products and the optimized cost was sought out by the latter according to different periods, thus the inventory-transport integrated optimization problem was solved through the repeated iteration between the former and the latter. At last, the validity of the models and the algorithm was proved by some mathematic examples, and the mathematic description and the heuristic algorithm to the massive practice of the modern distribution logistics system were realized.
