摘 要:针对我国高速公路货流统计研究与实践的空白,采用事后分层随机抽样技术并结合高速公路收费数据库,研究中国高速公路货流统计调查方法。对高速公路货车提出收费车型结合轴型的组合分层方法;依据精度要求确定最低样本量计算方法;建立起适合按车型收费模式的高速公路的货流统计调查方法。为保证方法的可行性与科学性,以京沪高速公路为例,进行了实例应用。结果表明,方法具有较高的精度,能较为方便的进行高速公路货流统计,获得高速公路较为详细的货物运输产出的基础数据。In view of the lack of study and practice of expressway freight flow statistics in China, the post stratification random sampling method was adopted based on expressway toll database to study the statistical investigation method of expressway freight flow in China. A combined stratification method of tolling by vehicle type and axial type was put forward, the method for calculation of minimum sampling size that based on accuracy requirements was proposed, and the method of expressway freight flow statistics that suit to the tolling by vehicle type was established. In order to guarantee the feasibility and the scientificalness of the method, the method was applied on Beijing- Shanghai expressway as the example. The result indicates that the method has a higher precision for expressway freight flow statistics more conveniently and can obtain detailed freight data of expressway.
