摘　　要：目的：研究蒙古族和汉族健康受试者单次静脉滴注盐酸头孢吡肟的药动学。方法：蒙古族和汉族健康受试者各10名,单次静脉滴注盐酸头孢吡肟1.0 g,用HPLC法测定盐酸头孢吡肟血药浓度,用DAS 2.0.1程序拟合估算药动学参数。结果：蒙古族和汉族健康受试者的主要药动学参数分别为：cmax（75.3±13.7）和（68.8±10.4）mg/L;t1/2β（2.1±0.4）和（2.0±0.2）h;Vd（16.4±4.6）和（17.8±3.8）L;AUC0-10.5（148.9±20.7）和（133.7±22.4）mg.h.L-1;AUC0-∞（152.0±23.0）和（136.5±23.2）mg.h.L-1。结论：蒙古族和汉族健康受试者单次静脉滴注盐酸头孢吡肟药动学参数的差异无统计学意义。Objective：To investigate the pharmacokinetics of cefepime hydrochloride after a single dose intravenous administration in Chinese Mongolian and Han healthy volunteers.Methods：Ten Mongolian volunteers and 10 Han volunteers were given a single dose of 1.0 g cefepime hydrocholoride intravenously.The plasma concentrations of cefepime hydrochloride were determined by HPLC method.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 2.0.1 software.Results：The main pharmacokinetic parameters in Mongolian and Han volunteers were as follows：cmax（75.3±13.7） and（68.8±10.4） mg/L,t 1/2β（2.1±0.4） and（2.0±0.2） h,Vd（16.4±4.6） and（17.8±3.8） L,AUC0-10.5（148.9±20.7） and（133.7±22.4） mg·h·L-1,AUC0-∞（152.0±23.0） and（136.5±23.2） mg·h·L-1,respectively.Conclusion：There is no significant difference in the pharmacokinetics of cefepime hydrochloride between Chinese Mongolian and Han healthy volunteers.
