张家界旅游投资环境研究——基于旅游投资企业的视角

摘　　要：张家界市是一个国内外知名的旅游胜地,其资源品位对旅游投资方有着极大的吸引力。为进一步拓宽张家界旅游投资渠道,对张家界市六家旅游投资企业进行了旅游投资环境问卷调查,调查结果表明在硬、软环境方面都存在问题。基于此,文中提出了加强基础设施建设,完善景区通讯服务,提高景区可进入性等硬环境建设以及整顿旅游市场秩序,抵制恶性竞争,提高政府部门执政水平,监督工作人员执法行为等软环境建设措施。Zhangjiajie is a well - known tourist destination all over the world. It has great attraction for its resource taste to tourism investors. In order to broaden the channel of tourism investment, this paper makes a survey of tourism investment environment through investigating six tourism investment companies in Zhangjiajie. Based on the survey, it shows some problems in the hardware environment and soft environment. Based on the survey, the article puts forward some measures as follows： enhancing infrastructure eonstruction, perfecting communication quality of scenic spot and advancing scenic accessibility, neatening the tourism market, preventing ill eompetition, heightening ministerial level of government and supervising behavior of government staffs etc.
