摘 要:使用总含盐量为3%的海滨盐碱土壤盆栽,对津唐渤海湾沿海地区的895份野生大豆株系进行全生育期高强度耐盐碱性鉴定,有109份株系成活并收获种子。对109份高度耐盐碱性株系的10个形态和农艺性状进行主成分分析表明,在高盐碱土壤环境下,野生大豆高耐材料第一主成分的主要构成依次为单株产量、单株粒数、百粒重、单株收获指数、生育期、单株地上干重和株高,贡献率为42.67%。使用总级别值法和隶属函数法对这些高耐盐碱种质进行评价,筛选出高耐盐碱种质15份。A sample of 895 wild soybean lines collected in the Bohai Gulf region was identified for screening salt tolerance under total salinity content of 3% throughout the whole growth duration. There were 109 accessions completing their life cycles. Ten agronomic characters were investigated. Principal component analysis showed that yield, number of seeds, 100-seed weight, harvesting index, growth period, overground dry matter weight and plant height per plant made up of the primary component, whose contribution ratio was 42.67%. Using two statistical methods 15 high salinity tolerant wild soybean accessions were selected.
