克隆植物扁穗牛鞭草(Hemarthria compressa)有性生殖投入差异性分析

摘  要:通过测定有性生殖投入持续时间、投入频度与强度、投入分配表现、投入量、投入收益等指标,对60份野生扁穗牛鞭草有性生殖投入进行了比较分析,同时对生殖投入量与茎叶生物量、海拔高度进行相关性分析,结果表明:生殖投入开始时间差异达25d,投入持续时间变异范围为32-116d;匍匐茎投入频度变异范围为0-100%,投入强度变异范围为0-6.20,直立茎投入频度变异范围为0-95.56%,投入强度变异范围为0-5.60,变异系数都在75%以上;投入表现分配差异的顺序为:花序柄长〉花序厚〉花序宽〉花序轴长〉小花数/花序;绝对投入量变异范围为0-450g,变异系数高达192.24%,相对投入量变异范围为0-20.12%,变异系数高达327.48%;绝对投入量与茎叶生物量呈一定的正相关(r=0.12),而相对投入量与茎叶生物量则呈一定的负相关(r=-0.03);来自高海拔地区的材料绝对投入量较低(r=-0.07),而相对投入量较高(r=0.25);所有材料的投入收益为零。Through determinating the input duration, the frequency and intensity of input, the input distribution performance, the input quantity, the investment income for the sexual reprodution, the investment index of sexual reproductive for the sixty wild Hemarthria compressa were analyzed and compared, and the correlation analysis between the input quantity of reproduction and the biomass of stern and leaf, and altitude were studied. The results showed: the variation scope for the beginning time of the sexual reproductive investment, the duration of input, the frequency and intensity of stolon stem input, the frequency and intensity of upright stem input was 25d, 32 - 116d,0 - 100% ,0 -6. 20,0 -95.56% and 0 -5.60,respectively, and their variation coefficient was more than 75%. The order of the investment distribution performance was inflorescence stem long 〉 inflorescence thick 〉 inflorescence 〉 rachis long 〉 florets / inflorescence. The variation range of absolute input quantity was 0 -450g, and its variation coefficient was 192. 24%. The variation range and the variation coefficient of relative input quantity was respectively 0 - 20. 12%, 327. 48%. There was a postive correlation between the absolute input quantity and the biomass of stem and leaf(r = 0. 12), while a negative correlation between relative input quantity and the biomass of stem and leaf(r = - 0. 03). In addition, those materials come from high altitude had a low absolute input quantity(r = -0. 07) and a high relative input quantity(r =0. 25). The value of investment income for all those materials were zero.
