摘　　要：专门为南水北调中线唐河倒虹吸工程设计制造的金属结构设备，在其制造过程中，为了加强质量、进度、投资控制，监理进行了设备监造。针对监造过程中存在的问题，提出了将分散在南水北调中线各水工建筑物的金属结构设备集中起来统一招标，择优选取设备生产厂家，择优选取设备监造单位的建议，为迎接南水北调中线工程的全面开工建设提供借鉴。In order to strengthen the quality, process management and control the investment to the metal structures in the Tanghe invert siphon project, the supervisor followed the process of equipment surveillance and fabrication and found some problems. Some suggestions are put forward, including bidding all of the metal structures in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, selecting the manufactures, selecting the supervisor, etc.
