高效液相色谱法测定跌打追风酒中二苯乙烯苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立跌打追风酒中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μL。结果2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.08024～2.006mg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.64%,RSD=1.54%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确,可作为跌打追风酒的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Dieda Zhuifeng Liquor. Methods The HPLC method was performed with the Phenomenex C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（20：80） ,the detecting wavelength was 320 nm, the column temperature at 35℃, the injection volume 10 μL. Results The calibration curve of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxystibene- 2-O-β-D-glucoside was linear within the range of 0.08024-2.006 mg, the average recovery rate was 99.64%, RSD=1.54% （n=9）. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Dieda Zhuifeng Liquor.
