慢肝养阴胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立慢肝养阴胶囊的质量控制标准。方法以薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的当归、桂枝和五味子,以反相高效液相色谱法测定五味子中五味子醇甲的含量。结果各主药成分分离好,有效成分斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰;五味子醇甲进样量在0.06072～3.0360μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.80%,RSD=0.51%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,可用于慢肝养阴胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Mangan Yangyin Capsule. Methods Angelica sinensis, Ramulus Cinnamomi and Schisandra ehinensis were identified by TLC; Schizandrol were determined by HPLC. Results For the identification on the three main herbs in the capsules, the ingredients were found well separately with clear spot of active components and noninterference of negative sample. Schizandrol at the concentrations of 0. 060 72-3. 0360 μg showed the good linearity（ r= 1. 0000）, the average recovery rate was 99.80%, RSD was 0. 51% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
