摘  要:目的了解丙型肝炎病人在治疗过程中HCV—RNA含量与血清ALT、白蛋白、胆红素、肝纤维化指标等生化指标变化的相关性。方法用AB1700荧光定量仪检测HCV—RNA,AU2700全自动生化仪检测各种生化指标,Biokit-Elx800酶标仪检测免疫学指标,肝纤维化指标由MP280化学发光免疫分析仪检测。结果HCV—RNA阳性的样本血清血清谷丙转氨酶、血清总胆红素、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、肝纤维化指标等结果异常率明显高HCVRNA阴性样本,HCV-RNA含量的高低与患者ALT等生化指标水平水平无正相关。结论选用HCVRNA含量与抗-HCV同时检测可以提高临床对丙型肝炎的诊断,然后再根据具体情况适当增加相对特异的实验项目,避免滥检查,减少患者的痛苦和经济负担。Objective To evaluate the relationship of Hepatitis C virus RNA(HCV RNA)and antibody of HCV(anti-HCV) and alannine aminotransferase (ALT) and other biochemical changes of Hepatitis C patients during the treatment.Mothods ABI700 fluorescence by cytometry quantitative HCV-RNA,AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer detect target a variety of biochemical,Biokit-ElxS00 immunology target detection microplate reade,indicators of liver fibrosis by MP280 chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.Results HCV-RNA posi- tive serum samples of serum alanine aminotransferase,serum total bilirubin,alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), the results of hepatic fibrosis,such as significantly higher abnormality rate of HCV RNA-negative samples,HCV-RNA level of content,such as patients with ALT biochemical indicators of the level of the level of non-positive correlation.Conclusions Hepatitis C patients with liver function projects a wide range of laboratory tests,the proposed content of selected HCV RNA and anti-HCV testing at the same time can improve the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis C,and then appropriately increased in accordance with the specific circumstances of the pilot project is relatively specific to avoid over-inspection,to reduce the patient's suffering and economic burden.
