摘　　要：目的建立氨茶碱注射液中有关物质的检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，用辛基硅烷键合硅胶为填充柱，以甲醇：水=20：80为流动相，检测波长：275nm，测定该制剂中有关物质的含量。结果氨茶碱的最小检测浓度为0．04μg／ml。结论本法操作简单，结果准确，可以作为氨茶碱注射液的质量控制指标。Objective Establish the determination method of Related Substances in Aminophylline injection.Methods Using the HPLC method,taking octylsilane chemically bonded silica as the filler, taking H20 （ 20：80 ） as the mobile phase,detect the wave length at 275nm. Determinate the Related Substances in Amino- phylline injection.ltesults The lowest detectable concentration of Aminophylline is 0.04μg/ml.Conclusions This method is simple,the result is accurate and can be used as the quality control index of aminophylline injectiom
