摘 要:以盆栽苦瓜苗接种白粉病为试材,室内测定粉唑醇和三唑酮的毒力。结果表明:粉唑醇的EC趴EC90分别为23.7851mg/L、110.8963mg/L,三唑酮的EC50、EC90分别为41.1813mg/L、290.9136mg ai/L,说明粉唑醇对苦瓜白粉病的活性好于三唑酮。田间药效试验结果证明:在苦瓜白粉病发生初期,用粉唑醇12.5%悬浮剂有效剂量83.75mg/L~125.0mg/L,连续喷药3次,使用间隔期10~15d,防效达到66.00%~83.44%,是目前防治苦瓜白粉病较理想的杀菌剂。The laboratory bioassay of Flutriafol and triadimefon for the control of sphaerotheca fuliginea on pottedplant were carried out. The test results showed that the EC50 and EC90 of flutriafol were 23.785 1mg/L and 110.896 3 mg/L, the EC50 and EC90 of triadimefon were 41.181 3mg/L and 290.913 6mg/L respectively, the efficacy of Flutriafol in room was higher than that of triadimefon. Field control efficacy of Flutriafol to sphaerothecafuliginea with dosage of 83.75mg/L- 125.0 mg/L, at initial period of sphaerothecafuliginea for 3 times every 10-15 days was 66.00%- 83.44%. It's the good and safe fungicide to prevent and control sphaerothecafuliginea.
