摘  要:目的观察低强度电磁场对大鼠睾丸生精上皮超微结构的影响。方法20只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组暴露于0.1mT电磁场中,12周后处死动物迅速取出睾丸,锋利预冷刀片切开,取1 mm×1 mm×2 mm的组织于戊二醛磷酸缓冲液固定,超薄切片,透射电镜观察睾丸生精上皮超微结构变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组大鼠电镜下生精细胞排列出现紊乱,精原细胞内细胞器变性多见;支持细胞线粒体空泡化,嵴消失,内质网肿胀。结论低强度电磁场可导致大鼠睾丸生精上皮超微结构损伤。Objective To study the effect of low-intensity electromagnetic fields on ultrastructure of rat seminiferous epithelium. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, experimental group exposed to 0.1m T electromagnetic fields, 12 weeks later, rats were killed and testis were quickly taken, fixed in the phosphate buffer solution of glutaraldehyde, then, uhrathin section were made, and ultrastructure were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results trol group, some significant morpho logical changes of testis in experimental groups could be observed. Sper- matogenic cell arrayed mussily, organelle degenerated. Sertoli cellm itochondria being vacuolated, mitochondrial crista disappeared, endoplasmic reticulum swelled. Conclusion Low-intensity electromagnetic fields can damage uhrastructure of rat seminiferous epithelium.
