摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴囊肿的超声诊断价值与临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析30例超声及临床资料完整的淋巴囊肿病例，其中26例经穿刺或手术病理证实，4例为临床诊断。对经囊液穿刺或病理证实的26例共计35个盆腔淋巴囊肿病例进行超声观察并总结分析。结果淋巴囊肿超声表现为长条形、椭圆形或不规则形囊性无回声肿块，后壁后方回声增强，其中25个囊肿壁较薄而均匀，内壁光滑，囊液透声好，内壁见短线样回声突起；10个囊壁厚度不均匀，内壁不光滑，内壁未见短线样突起。淋巴囊肿沿盆壁分布，与髂血管（髂内外动脉、静脉）伴随走行。结论超声能清晰显示盆腔淋巴囊肿的的形态学特征，与髂血管（髂内外动脉、静脉）伴随走行特点，熟悉其超声表现并结合病史对其具有重要的诊断价值及临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate ultrasound diagnosis of lymphocyst after pelvic limphonodes dissection and its clinical application. Methods ultrasound manifestations of 30 cases of lymphocyst with complete clinical information were studied retrospectively, in which 26 of 30 cases were proved pathologically by operation or puncture , and the other 4 cases were diagnosed clinically. Ultrasound findings of 35 pelvic lymphocysts proved by biopsy and pathology in 26 cases were studied and analyzed. Results In 25 cysts, the ultrasound findings were anechoic cysts with strip or oval shape, sharp margin, thin even wails, and short thread-like spurs protruded from the capsular wail. In 10 cysts, the cystic wall thickness was uneven, and the inner wall was coarse without spurs on ultrasound,There were typical characteristic of cyst findings on Lymphocyst,distributed inside pelvic wall along external iliac vessels Conclusions The morphologic characteristics of pelvic lymphocysts can be clearly showed on ultrasonography, along external iliac vessels, It is important to be familiar with these characteristics, so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
