摘　　要：为了加强实验室生物安全的管理,全面提高工作人员生物安全意识,从实验室生物安全管理的概念、法规标准、硬件要求和安全防护设备等方面对实验室生物安全管理进行了全面的阐述,并提出了从法律的角度理解生物安全管理的各方面,建立实验室生物安全管理体系,明确管理的各项要求,熟悉管理过程,重视和加强人员和设备的管理、监督和审核等,防止生物安全事故发生的有效措施。In order to improve the biosafety awareness, we must understand various aspects of laboratory biosafety management. We must not only study the concept, rule and criterion of laboratory biosafety management, but also learn the ＂hardware and software＂ requirements for laboratory biosafety management. To prevent the occurrence of incidents of biosafety, this paper describes all aspects of laboratory biosafety management, and proposes measures for the improvement of the laboratory biosafety management.
