卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤的声像图特征。方法:选择超声诊断或病理诊断卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤93例102枚,行腹部及阴道超声检查,探查病体大小及内部回声特点,并与手术病理作对照。结果:95枚卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤,囊实混合性68枚(71.6%),囊性15枚(15.8%),类实性10枚(10.5%),漏诊2枚(2.1%)。超声诊断88枚,漏诊2枚,误诊12枚,超声诊断准确率86.3%(88/102)。结论:结节状高回声、线条征与脂液分层征具有较高的敏感性与特异性,是卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤的超声诊断与鉴别诊断的主要依据,肿物过小与缺乏特征性是漏误诊的主要原因。Objective：To study the ultrasonographic features of mature cystic ovarian teratomas in order to reduce ultrasonographic misdiagnosis.Methods：95 masses with mature cystic ovarian teratomas confirmed by operation and pathology were examined by ultrasonography and compared with operation and pathology.Results：The ultrasonographic images of 95 masses with mature cystic ovarian teratomas displayed three types：cystic and solid（68 cases）,cystic（15 cases） and false solid（10 cases） type.14 cases were misdiagnosed. The rate of accuracy by ultrasonography in diagnosing mature cystic ovarian teratomas was 86.3% （88/102）.Conclusion：Hyper--echo like node and line-sign with high sensitivity and specificity are main presentation in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mature cystic ovarian teratomas by uhrasonography, but too small mass and no-characteristic uhrasonography can cause misdiagnosis.
