摘  要:欠平衡钻井技术的核心是合理欠压差的确定,并在钻井过程中将欠压值始终控制在设计范围内。目前,欠平衡钻井技术迅速普及,但是有非常多的欠平衡钻井没有达到欠平衡钻井状态,某些参数的微小变化常常造成欠平衡钻井状态的消失;欠平衡钻井设计软件模拟井下条件所计算出的参数与现场实际有误差,然而就是这微小的误差就可导致井底失去欠平衡状态。随着欠平衡钻井数据采集技术的研发,地面得到了实时井底压力数据,利用这些真实的数据修正软件设计偏差,从而完善欠平衡钻井设计,使之在欠平衡钻井中发挥更大的作用。The core of underbalanced drilling technology is the determination of the reasonable negative differential pressure,and the value of the negative differential pressure was always controlled in the range of design in the process of drilling.At present,the underbalanced drilling technology was widely applied,but there were a lot of underbalanced drilling did not achieve the underbalanced drilling state,the change of some parameters often caused the disappearance of underbalanced drilling state.Compared with the actual parameters on-site,the parameters calculated by using underbalanced drilling design software simulating downhole conditions had error,however,a small error could lead to the disappearance of bottomhole underbalanced state.With the research and development of underbalanced drilling data acquisition technology,the real-time bottomhole pressure data were obtained on the ground.The UBD software design deviation was modified by using the real data,as a result,the design of underbalanced drilling was perfected.
