摘 要:阐述了国内外注天然气驱提高采收率技术的发展概况。在区块评价的基础上,选定文88块为注天然气先导试验区,通过室内实验和数值模拟研究结果表明,实施天然气驱开发可以大幅度提高采收率。通过对天然气驱配套技术研究,确定压缩机最大出口压力不高于52MPa,TM扣油管能满足高压注气工艺要求,并设计出符合中原油田自身特点的高压注气管柱。最后对注气采油监测技术、防气窜和改善注气波及效率技术进行了讨论。This paper reviewed the development of EOR technology by natural gas injection in China and abroad,and analyzed the reservoir types adapting to natural gas injection,it also evaluated the potential of EOR by natural gas injection in Zhongyuan oilfield.Based on evaluating the gas injection blocks,Wen 88 block was selected as pilot area.The results of experiment and numerical simulation showed that natural gas injection could improve recovery ratio by a large margin.Through the study of a complete set of EOR technology by natural gas injection,the maximum outlet pressure of compressor was less than 52MPa,TM tubing was suitable to high pressure gas injection technological requirements,and a kind of high pressure gas injection pipe string suited for Zhongyuan oilfield was designed.Finally,the monitoring technology,gas channeling preventing technology of gas injection and improving gas injection sweep efficiency technology were discussed.
