摘　　要：牙轮钻头密封圈的性能对钻头的整体使用寿命有着重要影响,室内实验研究是改进密封圈性能的一种有效手段。文章在国内相关通用密封试验机的基础上设计了一种专用的牙轮钻头密封试验机系统,该试验机系统由试验机、泥浆缓冲罐、电机扭矩仪总成、计算机数据采集和控制系统等四个子系统组成,同时确定了该试验机系统的相关工作参数。该试验机由计算机自动控制,实验数据均由高精度传感器测定并由计算机采集和处理。牙轮钻头密封试验机的研制为进行密封圈的基础研究和性能测试提供了有力的保证。The quality of seal ring can affect bits life directly,and experimental research is an important method to improve performance of seal ring.In this paper,a seal testing machine system of cone bits was designed which is composed of testing machine,slurry buffer tank,combination of motor and torque meter and computer control system,and its working parameters were also determined.All experimental data were measured by high accurate sensors and collected and treated by computer.The roller bits seal testing machine could provide a guarantee to carry out the research on basic behaviors of a roller bits seal ring.
