摘 要:为提高深钻井、超深钻井的钻进速度和降低钻井成本,需要建立新的、更实用的钻井参数实时优化模型来优化钻井。针对特定的钻进碎岩方式和钻头类型,从钻井参数对钻井效率的影响规律出发,利用最优控制理论和参数优选方法,建立了基于可控性钻井参数(钻压、转速、排量、钻头工作时间等)的钻头磨损函数和机械钻速方程的钻井过程控制数学模型。文中以硬质合金钻头回转钻井为例,根据所建立的钻井过程控制数学模型,给出了不同指标下的优化钻井参数及优化曲线。所建立的钻井过程控制数学模型可随着井深和岩性的不同而选择不同的优化指标及相关的最优钻井参数,同时可以对最优钻井参数进行实时调整,从而实现全井段钻进过程的最优化,这对提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本具有重要的意义,同时,该模型对于其他钻井工艺方法具有一定的可借鉴性。In order to increase the ROP of the deep wells and ultra-deep wells and to reduce their drilling cost,it is necessary to select optimal parameters by using a new and more practical real-time optimizing model.In this paper,starting from analyzing of influence of drilling parameters on the ROP for a given rock failure mechanism and drill bit type,and using the optimal controlling theory and the method of optimal parameters selection,a mathematical model of drilling process control based on wearing function of drilling bit and equation of ROP was built as a function of controllable parameters(drilling pressure,rotational speed,drilling bit operation time etc.).According to the mathematical model,taking the hard alloy bit for an example,the optimal drilling parameters of different optimization goals and the performance curves were obtained.By using this mathematical model,it is possible to select different optimization goals and its optimal parameters for changing of the drilling depth and rock properties,and to realize real-time control of the optimal parameters and to make a drilling operation optimization for the whole drill hole.The mathematical model could increase ROP and reduce the drilling cost,at the same time,it was applicable to the other drilling techniques.
