宽温带缓凝剂的合成与室内评价

摘　　要：随着川东北地区勘探进程的发展,为了满足特殊井身结构和预留复杂情况处理的要求,长封段固井的井次越来越多。在长封固段固井过程中的水泥浆柱顶底温差大,容易造成顶部水泥浆候凝时间过长的问题。为此,研制了一种在一定温度范围内对温度不太敏感的宽温带缓凝剂AS。该宽温带缓凝剂是以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主原料、与有机酸SDES在引发剂作用下进行共聚反应而得的。正交试验结果表明,对AS的缓凝效果影响因素的主次顺序为:单体浓度大于引发剂浓度。其最佳合成条件确定为:单体配比(AMPS:SDES)为3:1,引发剂浓度为0.5%,反应温度为45℃,pH值为6。红外光谱分析证明了AS属于AMPS和SDES的二元共聚物。室内对宽温带缓凝剂AS的缓凝性能评价结果表明,该缓凝剂分别在中温和高温条件下有优良的缓凝性能,并且该缓凝剂具有良好的温度不敏感性。With the development of exploration in the Northeast Sichuan Basin,long sealing cementation is used frequently to satisfy the demands for the special casing programme and the treatment of future complex circumstance.During the long section cementation,the top cement slurry is prone to be curing for too long time because of the high temperature difference between the top and bottom of the cement column.In this paper,a wideband retarder AS was developed which is insensitive to temperature within a certain temperature range.The wideband retarder was polymerized by 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),initiated by the organic acid SDES.The results of orthogonal tests showed that,the primary and secondary effects of factors on the retarder AS is ordered as followed:the concentration of monomer is more than initiator concentration.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined:the ratio of AMPS to SDES is 3:1,initiator concentration is 0.5%,the reaction temperature is 45 ℃,pH value is 6.AS can be determined as the binary copolymer of AMPS and SDES by the infrared spectroscopic analysis.The retardation performance of AS was evaluated,the results showed that the retarder had good retardation performance in moderate and high temperature conditions,it could make the slurry of long cementing segment solidify synchronously within field operation time,and it was insensitive to temperature.The retarder can meet the requirement of the slurry at the top and end of long cementing segment to solidify at the same time.
