摘　　要：在追求和实现有效的网络资源组织过程中,书目控制组织针对网络资源具有动态性、非结构化和类型多样的特点,对传统书目控制组织中的元数据格式、网络协议与知识组织体系进行了积极的改进。编制了多种类型的检索工具,改进与完善了资源的检索方法,初步形成比较完善的数字环境下的书目控制体系。In the pursuit and realization of an effective organization of network resources,the Organization of Bibliographic Control actively improved the meta-data organization format,network protocols and knowledge organization system in traditional organization of bibliographic control,with consideration of the characteristics of network resources of dynamics,unstructured and a variety of types.A variety of types of search tools was prepared to improve the retrieval method of resources.The preliminary and more perfect system for bibliography control in digital environment was advanced.
