电镀清洁生产审核任重道远

摘　　要：电镀使用有毒有害原料多,用水量大,污染物排放量也大,属重污染行业,必须对其进行强制性清洁生产审核。但电镀种类多、设备多、工艺多、产污环节也多,故开展电镀清洁生产审核难度大。作者在分析了当前的形势后提出:一是电镀业主要有环境忧患意识;二是要进一步解放思想、创新观念,用循环经济的理念,实事求是和科学创新的观念去搞好电镀清洁生产审核;三是要尊重知识,用好人才,不搞孤军作战;四是要加强与地方政府的联系,以求支持和帮助。只有这样,电镀企业的清洁生产审核才会开花结果。The elcctroplating is the heavy contaminated trade, so difficult of plating＇ s cleaner production check is large. This paper＇s writer points out： 1st, electroplating owners must have suffering consciousness ; 2nd, must emancipate further the mind, build good plating＇ s cleaner production; 3rd, must respect＇technical know- how and know how to make proper use of personnel; gth, must augment contact with the local state organs. And so, plating＇ s cleaner production cleck can blossom and bear fruit - gield positive results.
