附加UV-B照射对四种冬小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:研究UV-B辐射对冬小麦品种9858、NCW4、科遗26和泰山269幼苗生长发育的影响,结果表明,鲜重可以作为评价供试品种苗期对UVB耐性强弱的指标,9858和科遗26为耐UV-B品种,NCW4和泰山269为对UV-B敏感品种.低剂量(15μW/cm^2)的UV-B辐射促进冬小麦幼苗生长,高剂量(25μW/cm^2)的UV-B处理对敏感品种抑制作用大,对耐性品种抑制作用不明显.UV-B处理下,各品种叶色值变幅较小,丙二醛和类黄酮含量增加,但类黄酮含量的变化与品种对UV-B的耐性间未见必然联系.Taken the four wheat cultivars as materials,the influence of enhanced ultraviolet radia- tion(UV-B,280-315 nm) to the growth and development were stu died. The result showed that the fresh weight would be the ideal tolerant index of winter wheat to enhance ultraviolet radiation. Tolerant cultivars included 98 58,KEYI26 and sensitive cultivars included NCW4, TAISHAN269. The growth of four wheat cultivars was improved by low doses UV-B. The repressive effect of high doses UV-B is obvious on the sensitive cultivars and is little obvious on the tolerant cultivars. Under enhanced ultraviolet radiation,chlorophyll content wer e not significantly changed in the four wheat cultivars. However, the content of MDA and flavanoids were increased. There was not necessarily relation between t he content of flavanoids and the tolerant cultivars.
