摘　　要：[目的]为了解昆明市男男性行为人群艾滋病相关知识和行为现状和变化情况,影响行为改变的因素,为开展行为干预提供参考。[方法]以面对面访问的方式对昆明市经常到公园、酒吧、浴室,以及通过志愿者网络对较少到公共场所活动的男男性行为者进行问卷调查。[结果]男男性行为者与非付费的性对象在肛交坚持用套和最近一次用套率为62.7%和75.5%,与2006年调查的结果相近。最近一年内有24.3%的调查对象与女性有性行为。最近一次性对象熟悉程度与安全套使用率呈负相关(Person R=-0.221,P<0.01)。53.9%的调查对象自愿做过艾滋病检测并知道自己的检测结果,接受过自愿咨询检测的男男性行为者安全套使用率较高。昆明男男性行为人群干预覆盖率和覆盖程度还较低。[结论]昆明男男性行为人群行为改变已经处于平台期,需要深层次的干预,并扩大干预覆盖面。推动人群对艾滋病流行疫情的了解和自愿接受自愿咨询检测应作为干预工作中的主要策略。Objective To learn about the situation of men who have sex with men （MSM）： 1） present status and changes on the HIV/AIDS knowledge and behavior, and 2） the influence factors on behavior change; and to provide evidence for future intervention. Methods Behavior surveillance questionnaires were used in face-to-face interviews in different sites MSM gathering, including parks, bars and public bathing rooms, and some MSM rarely appearing in above public areas were also involved. Results The constant using condom rate for MSM who have anal sex with un-commercial partners is 62.7% and the condom use rate in last sex is 75.5%. In the last year, 24.3% of interviewees had sex with women, similar to the survey result in 2006. The relation between the condom use rate and familiarity with sex partner is negative correlation. 53.9% of MSM have received VCT service and known the testing results. Those who had got VCT service had higher use rate of condom. The intervention coverage rate is lower. Conclusion The behavior change of MSM seems need a breakthrough, such as more complicated and expanded intervention measures. In the intervention work, the important strategy is mainly to facilitate MSM to know HIV/AIDS epidemic and to receive the VCT service.
