摘 要:采用正交实验法研究了LF21铝合金在进行平面铣削时铣削力与铣削参数之间的影响关系,试验结果的方差分析表明,在试验所采用的切削参数范围内,背吃刀量对铣削力的影响最为显著,另外切削速度、每齿进给量以及背吃刀量分别与切削速度和每齿进给量之间的交互作用等对铣削力也有显著性影响。通过直观分析得到使铣削力小且加工效率高的参数组合为高转速(高切削速度)40000r/min、小的每齿进给量0.03mm/齿和小的背吃刀量0.5mm。在分析铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律基础上,建立了LF21铝合金在试验参数范围内铣削力与切削速度、每齿进给量和背吃刀量之间的数学模型。By the orthogonal experimental design, the relationship between milling parameters and milling force in high-speeding milling LF21 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show, by the small diameter milling cutter and in the range of milling parameters adopted by the experiment, the most important significance factors to the milling force is the depth of cut, and the spindle speed, the feed-per-tooth, the interaction of spindle speed and depth of cut and the interaction of feed per tooth and depth of cut are also the important significance factors to the milling force. The results of the range analysis show the milling force is smaller in the high rota- tional speed of the cutter, the low depth of cut and feed per tooth. Based on the analysis of the effect relationship between milling parameters and milling force, the mathematical model between the milling force with the cutting parameters was established.
