差动式液控换向阀结构参数的优化匹配

摘  要:为了对液控换向阀的结构参数进行优化匹配,保证其动态和静态特性,基于现代控制理论的状态空间法,建立了差动式液控换向阀开闭过程动态特性的状态变量模型。选用四阶龙格-库塔算法,采用C++编程,仿真研究了阀的结构参数对其动态特性的影响,优化匹配阀的结构参数。试验结果表明:液控换向阀的压力损失为0.25MPa,换向时间为0.085s,复位时间为0.072s,换向迅速,工作可靠平稳,验证了结构参数优化匹配方法的正确性。To improve the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control directional valve and optimize structural parameters, based on state space method of modern control theory, the mathematical model for the hydraulic operated directional valve in thread cartridge was established. The influence on the dynamic characteristics of the valve was analyzed with respect to the parameter varieties of the components with the simulation and 4 steps Runge-Kutta method was adopted with C ++ procedure edited so as to obtain the optimum combination parameters of the valve. The results of experiments show that the hydraulic control directional valve has perfect dy- namic characteristics and stability. The loss pressure is 0. 25MPa, and the reversal time is 0. 085s and the reset time is 0. 072s, and optimization design method is correct.
