摘  要:采用培养皿发芽法研究了外源CaSO4对盐碱胁迫下油葵种子萌发的影响.结果表明,盐碱胁迫下油葵种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均随盐碱浓度的升高而降低;其胚根长、下胚轴长、胚根鲜质量、下肧轴及子叶鲜质量均随盐浓度的升高而降低.当加入外源CaSO4,种子的萌发指标比盐碱胁迫下得到了缓解.即种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数得到提高;其胚根长、下胚轴长、胚根鲜质量、下肧轴及子叶鲜质量也得到提高,说明外施硫酸钙在一定程度缓解盐碱胁迫对油葵萌发成苗的伤害.Influence of the exogenous CaSO4 on germination of the oil sunflower seeds under saline-alkali stress was researched by using seed germination in culture dish. The results showed that under salinealkali stress, the germinating rate, the germinating energy, the germinating index, the vigour index of the seeds reduced with increase of compound salt concentration. The radicle length, the hypocotyl length, the fresh weight of radicle, the fresh weight of hypocotyl and leaves reduced with increase of saline-alkali stress. After exogenous CaSO4 was added, the stress alleviated. It indicated that exogenous CaSO4 alleviated the injury to germination of oil sunflower.
