高效液相色谱法测定搜风理肺丸中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立搜风理肺丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定搜风理肺丸中黄芩苷的含量。采用Agilent Extend—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）柱，以甲醇-0．05％磷酸水溶液（42：58V/V）为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在9．82～491．0mg·L^-1范围内，浓度与峰面积线性相关性良好（r=0．9999，n=7），平均回收率为103．34％（RSD为1．61％）。结论HPLC法测定方法简便、准确，可用于搜风理肺丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination method for baicalin in Soufeng Lifei Wan. Methods The content of baicalin in Soufeng Lifei Wan was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. We carried out the experiment with Agilent Extend-18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm ） column and methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid water（42：58 V/V） as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear range was 9. 82 - 491.0 mg · L^ - 1 （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 7）. The average recovery percent was 103.34% （ RSD = 1.61% ）. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Soufeng Lifei Wan.
