二苯胺重氮盐在乙醇中的光、热分解动力学

摘　　要：二苯胺－４－重氮盐与甲醛的缩聚产物－重氮树脂是制备阴图ＰＳ版最重要的感光剂，用它制备阴图ＰＳ版已有很多专利［１－７］，但二苯胺重氮盐（包括有类似结构的咔唑重氮盐）光、热分解，文献上还未见有报导．本文对六种二苯胺类型的重氮盐在乙醇中的光热分解动力学进行...The kinetics of photo- and thermo-decomposition of various diphenylamine diazonium salts in ethanol were investigated. It was found that the diphenylamine-4-diazonium salts studied in this work possess better properties both in photosensitive behavior and in thermostabilities than that of diphenylamine-2-diazonium salt. 3-Methoxy- and 2-sulfonic-diphenylamine-4-diazonium salts exhibit excellent thermostabilities. The carbazole-3-diazonium salt has similar properties towards photo- and thermo-decomposition as compared with that of dephenylamine-2-diazonium salt.
