摘  要:在220℃、3.5 MPa、乙烯质量空速(MHSV)1.5 h-1、乙烯/苯摩尔比为12的条件下,采用固定床反应装置考察了4种不同粒径LaHY分子筛催化剂上乙烯和苯液相烷基化反应性能。随着LaHY分子筛催化剂的粒径从0.84μm减小到0.10μm,乙烯的初始转化率从74.0%增加到84.7%,但催化剂的稳定性差别不明显;反应后催化剂的积碳类型相似,积碳量也没有随LaHY催化集粒径的减小而减小。Four LaHY zeolites with different grain sizes were prepared, and their catalytic performances for liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethane were investigated. With the grain size of LaHY catalysts decreasing from 0. 84μm to 0. 10 μm, the initial conversion of ethene increased, while their stabilities did not show obvious difference under the reaction conditions of 220℃, 3. 5 MPa, MHSV 1. 5 h^-1 of ethene, Benzene/Ethene molar ratio of 12. The carbon deposition amount on the catalyst did not decrease with the grain size of LaHY zeolite, and the types of carbon deposition were almost the same in all LaHY catalysts with different grain sizes.
