摘  要:采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅烷化试剂对ITQ-13分子筛催化剂进行了表面改性,对改性前后的催化剂进行了XRD、XRF、N2吸附和NH3-TPD等表征。结果表明,TEOS表面改性可有效覆盖ITQ-13催化剂的外表面和中孔内的酸性中心,多次改性还可造成部分微孔孔口的堵塞。改性的ITQ-13催化剂催化丁烯裂解反应具有高的转化率和丙烯选择性。催化剂的催化性能与其酸性和表面性质具有良好的对应关系。Surface modification of ITQ-13 zeolite was carried out by using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as a modifying agent. The ITQ-13 catalysts were characterized by XRD, XRF, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD techniques. The acid sites on the outer surface as well as those inside the mesopores of surface modified ITQ-13 zeolite were partially covered by SiO2 formed by decomposition of deposited TEOS, and part of micropore mouths could be blocked by multi-cycle modification. The surface modified ITQ-13 catalysts exhibited better performance for enhancing the production of propene in butene cracking process. The catalytic performance of the surface modified ITQ-13 was well correlated with its acidity and surface properties.
