摘 要:以环己烷为探针分子,考察了Y-β复合分子筛负载贵金属Pt的加氢开环催化性能。结果表明,催化剂Pt/HY-β比Pt/HY具有更大的孔体积和孔径,但其总酸量比Pt/HY的总酸量小。随着环己烷加氢开环反应温度的升高,环己烷在催化剂Pt/HY-β和Pt/HY上的转化率不断增大;环己烷在催化剂Pt/HY-β上的开环率在340℃时达到最大值,此时催化剂Pt/HY-β上环己烷的开环率是Pt/HY上的2.2倍。The catalytic performance of Y-β composite zeolite loading Pt in hydroconversion reaction was investigated by using cyclohexane as probe compound. The results indicated that the total pore volume and average pore diameter of Pt/HY-β were larger than those of Pt/HY, but the total acidity of Pt/HY-β was less than that of Pt/HY. The conversions of cyclohexane in hydroconversion over Pt/HY-β and Pt/HY increased with the reaction temperature rising. The ring-opening rate of cyclohexane over Pt/HY-β reached to its maximum value at 340℃, which was 2.2 times of the ring-opening rate over Pt/HY.
