摘 要:采用传统的水热合成法,以硅溶胶为硅源,硫酸铝为铝源,以商品ZSM-5沸石为晶种,乙胺(EA)为模板剂,在较高的浓度下(n(H2O)/n(Al2O3)=300),利用沸石晶种与短链有机胺模板剂的协同增效作用,成功地快速合成了ZSM-5沸石。考察了晶化温度、晶化时间、碱度、水用量以及物料的混合方式等对合成样品性能的影响,并讨论了晶种与模板剂在晶化过程中的作用。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术对所合成样品进行了表征。结果表明,合成体系物料组成为n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)∶n(EA)=3∶1∶30∶300∶5;晶种加入量占体系中固态氧化物总质量的1%时,于180℃晶化1 h,即可制得具有很好结晶度的ZSM-5沸石,而且样品的产率高。物料的混合方式对所合成样品的形貌有着较大影响。ZSM-5 zeolite with high crystallinity was ultrafast and efficient synthesized by sol-gel method via enhancing the crystallization rate with zeolite seed and ethylamine template. In the synthesis system, silica sol, aluminum sulfate, commercial ZSM-5 zeolite and ethylamine were used as silica source, aluminum source, seed and template, respectively. The effects of key factors, such as crystallization temperature, crystallization time, concentration of alkali, dosage of H2O and the mixing modes of materials on the properties of synthesized samples were investigated. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM. The results indicated that ZSM-5 zeolite with high crystallinity can be ultrafastly synthesized in the system of n (Na2O) :n(Al2O3) : n(SiO2) : n(H2O) : n(EA)=3 : 1 : 30 : 300 : 5 under the conditions of 1% mass fraction of zeolite seed in solid oxides and crystallization temperature 180℃, crystallization time 1 h. The mixing mode of material affected the morphologies of synthesized zeolite obviously.
