摘 要:以通过碱处理的β分子筛作为硅铝源,以CTAB为模板剂,合成了β/MCM-41介孔-微孔复合分子筛。利用XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附等技术对其进行了表征,并考察了β/MCM-41复合分子筛的制备条件。采用微型固定床反应装置考察了β/MCM-41复合分子筛对萘异丙基化反应的催化性能。结果表明,优化的β/MCM-41复合分子筛制备工艺条件为:碱度2.0 mol/L,碱处理时间0.5 h,晶化温度130℃,晶化时间24 h,晶化体系pH值9.0。与ZSM-5、MOR、β、MCM-41相比较,β/MCM-41复合分子筛对萘异丙基化反应具有较好的催化性能。The β/MCM-41 meso-microporous molecular sieve composite was synthesized by using the approach in which alkali-treated zeolite β was used as silica-alumina source of mesoporous phase, and cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template, respectively. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and N2 adsorption/desorption methods. The preparation conditions for /β/MCM-41 meso-microporous composite were investigated and analyzed. The β/MCM-41 meso-microporous composite catalytic performances for naphthalene isopropylation were tested in a fix-bed reactor. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were alkali concentration of 2.0 mol/L, alkali treatment time of 0.5 h, crystallization temperature of 130℃, crystallization time of 24 h and crystallization pH value of 9.0. Compared with ZSM-5, MOR, fl, MCM-41 catalyst, the β/MCM-41 meso-microporous composite catalyst has better catalytic performance for naphthalene isopropylation.
