摘 要:目的:探讨隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者血清HBsAg阴性的原因。方法:用高灵敏的电化学发光免疫技术对61例隐匿性HBV感染者血清HBsAg进行定量测定,同时用荧光定量PCR对血清HBV-DNA进行定量检测。结果:61例隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染中,血清HBsAg未检出有8例,在0.05ng/ml^0.1ng/ml有27例,0.1ng/ml^0.5ng/ml有21例,0.5ng/ml^10ng/ml有5例。隐匿性HBV感染者血清HBV DNA水平大多数低于103copies/ml。结论:隐匿性HBV感染者血清HBsAg阴性的原因主要是HBV复制和基因表达的严重抑制。Objective: To investigate the cause of HBsAg being negative in sera from patients with occult hepatitis B virus infection. Methods: HBsAg in the sera from 61 cases of patients with occult hepatitis B virus infection was quantitatively detected by electro- chemiluminescence immunoassay ( ECLIA). And HBV-DNA in the sera was determined by QF-PCR. Results: In the 61 cases with occult hepatitis B virus infection, 8 cases were negative, Quantities of HBsAg in the sera from 27 cases was from 0.05ng/ml to 0.1ng/ml, 21 cases, 0.1ng/ml to 0.5ng/ml, 5 cases, 0.5ng/ml to 10ng/ml. Quantities of HBV DNA in the sera were lower than 103 copies/ml. Conclusion: HBsAg being negative in sera from patients with occult hepatitis B virus infection was mostly due to a severe suppression of HBV replication and gene expression.
