筋膜内子宫全切除术在子宫疾病治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨筋膜内子宫全切除术的手术疗效。方法:对196例筋膜内子宫全切除术及同期传统的子宫全切除术82例在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后病率、术后性生活满意度进行比较。结果:两组手术时间及术中出血量P<0.01有统计学意义,两组术后住院时间及术后病率比较分别为P<0.01、P<0.05有统计学意义,两组术后性生活满意度P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:筋膜内子宫全切除术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快住院时间短、术后病率少,对性功能影响小等优点。Objective： To explore the effect of total hysterectomy in fascia. Methods： 196 cases of total hysterectomy in fascia were compared with 82 cases of traditional hysterectomy, in some aspects as quantity of bleeding, hospitalizing time, sequelae, and satisfaction on sex life. Results： In these two groups, there had significant difference in all the indexes. Conclusion： Total hysterectomy in fascia has many merits, such as shortening surgery and hospitalizing time, decreasing quantity of bleeding, restoring quickly, and so on.
