摘　　要：目的:探讨提高结肠造口术围手术期护理水平的多种措施。方法:对136例结肠造口患者采取术前重视心理护理,术后重视切口护理和逐步指导患者人工肛门护理等护理手段。结果:对术后的26例并发症能及时发现,采取了相应的护理措施和二次手术。124例患者在住院期间学会了自我护理。在围手术期,患者的心理健康和生理功能逐渐恢复,提高了生存质量。结论:结肠造口术的围手术期中,积极做好术前心理及肠道准备工作,密切观察术后切口和造瘘口情况,规范地指导患者的扩肛和训练肠道蠕动,可以达到良好的护理效果。Objective： To discuss the measures of improving perioperative nursing of colostomy. Methods： 136 cases of patients with colostomy were nursed with valuing pre-operation psychological nursing, and providing guidance of artificial anus.Results： 26 cases of complication were observed timely, and treated with relevant nursing and reoperation. 124 cases of patients had learned self nursing in the period of hospitalization. And all the patients had obtained rehabilitation both of psychological health and physiological function during the perioperation and improve the quality of life. Conclusion： During the perioperative period of colostomy, good results can be obtained by implementing nursing measures as preoperative psychological and bowel preparation, observation and treatment on condition of incision and stoma, and anus dilatation and intestine peristalsis instruction for patients.
