摘  要:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是世界范围内足月新生儿围生期死亡和后期神经发育异常的重要原因。它的发病机制复杂,国内外学者的研究及临床工作者的治疗方法主要集中在缺血后神经元的保护方面。近年来亚低温疗法有望成为治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的主流。本文就新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病亚低温疗法的神经保护机制及临床实施中的关键问题进行综述,以期为临床治疗和基础研究提供新的思路。Neonatal "hypoxic-ischernic encephalopathy( HIE)is a worldwide and frequent disease of full-term newborns which not only leads to neonatal death in the perinatal period but also is a main reason for neurodevelopmental abnormalities in neonatal period. Its pathogenesis is complicated. The emphasis of treatment is to protect for ischemic neuron at present. In recent years, more and more people have paid their attention to mild hypothermia and it is expected to be a major therapeutic method of neonatal HIE in the future. The neuroproteetive mechanism and key points in practice were stated in this article. The author expects to provide new idea for clinic and basic research.
