摘　　要：目的:探讨Medtronic Minimed动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)运用于糖尿病(DM)患者的临床意义及护理特点。方法:对30例DM患者进行72h动态血糖监测,同时进行相关知识教育与护理。结果:(1)30例DM患者均顺利完成动态血糖监测且耐受性良好;(2)根据CGMS检查结果,可以针对性制订治疗方案,并且能够取得较好的治疗效果。结论:CGMS所提供的信息对于血糖波动特征及变化趋势的认识和协助制定DM患者治疗策略是非常有帮助的,而加强护理是CGMS顺利完成的保证。Objective： To evaluate the clinical significance of applying blood sugar continuous monitoring system in diabetes mellitus and it＇s nursing. Methods- 72 hours continuous monitoring of blood sugar was applied in 30 cases of diabetic, and health education and nursing were carried out. Results： All the 30 cases had been undergone continuous monitoring of blood sugar and had good tolerance. And optimal treatment could he done according to the valuable information from the monitoring system. Conclusion： The monitoring system is helpful to study the sugar excursion trend and make treatment plan. Furthermore, it needs to he guaranteed by improving nursing.
