摘　　要：内皮细胞微颗粒是内皮细胞在激活或凋亡状态下所释放的一些微小囊泡状物质,由脂质双分子层膜和膜内容物组成,在多种疾病状态下均发现其含量升高。在糖尿病患者体内,它通过影响患者的凝血机制、参与炎性反应的发生,与内皮细胞损伤、凋亡及功能异常等紧密相关,对糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展起重要的作用。Endothelial microparticles（EMPs）are small vesicles released from endothelial cells（ECs）during their activation or apoptosis.They are composed of phospholipid bilayer membrane and the intravesicular contents.Many disease statuses have been elevated to show high EMP level.Through their impact on clotting mechanisms,and their involvement in the occurrence of inflammation,endothelial cell injury,apoptosis and dysfunction,they are closely related to the development of diabetes and its complications.
