伊贝沙坦治疗高血压病66例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伊贝沙坦对轻、中度高血压病患者疗效和耐受性。方法采用自身对照开放试验方法,观察符合诊断标准的66例高血压患者的血压。服用伊贝沙坦150 mg/d治疗,4周时测血压未达到显效标准则剂量增加1倍,即300 mg/d口服,总疗程8周。结果经4周治疗后,有48例(72.7%)用150 mg/d,18例(27.3%)用300 mg/d。其中显效54例(81.8%),有效7例(10.6%),总有效率92.4%。结论伊贝沙坦片对高血压病有良好的疗效,且耐受性好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of iribesartan in treatment of patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods An open-label, self-controlled trial was conducted. 66 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were treated with oral irbesartan, 150 mg/d, and were given with 300 mg/d for 8 weeks if their blood pressure was not decreased effectively after 4 weeks. Results 48 patient＇s were received iribesartan 150 mg/d and the 18 were received irbesartan 300 mg/d. Four weeks later, the markedly effective rate was 81.8% （54 cases） ,the effective rate was 10.6% （7 cases） ,The total effective rate was 92.4%. The main adverse reactions of iribesartan were mild headache, dizziness and tiredness. Conclusion Iribesartan was effective and well tolerated for the patients with hypertension.
