钢骨架复合管在二连油田林4断块的施工应用

摘　　要：在油田集输管道施工中,输送的介质和周围土壤对金属管道具有不同程度的腐蚀性,特别是沼泽地区的,管道外部腐蚀更为严重,影响了管道的使用寿命。由于钢骨架复合管具有耐腐蚀、抗老化、抗冻、耐热、轻质、安装快捷、安装质量受环境影响小等优点,被广泛应用到单井管道和集输干线中。文章根据近几年在二连油田林4断块单井管道(钢骨架复合管)的施工经验,介绍了钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管的施工方法、施工要点及注意事项。Steel framework composite pipes have the advantages such as corrosion resistance, anti-aging, antifreezing, heat resistance, light, easy to install and less environmental influence on installation quality. Therefore, they have widely been applied in single well pipelines and transportation pipelines. Based on the experience from the single well pipeline (steel framework composite pipeline) , at Lin-4 Fault Block of Erlian Oilfield in recent years, this paper introduces the construction method and key construction points of the steel framework composite pipeline, and the matters for attention as well.
