摘  要:介绍了在220 kV耐张塔上进行带电更换零值绝缘子。中间电位法必须满足组合间隙和良好绝缘子片数这两个条件,以往只适用于330 kV以上线路。根据运行资料和三级污区绝缘设计特点,首次对承隆一回220kV线路137号塔A相耐张绝缘子串中的单片零值绝缘子进行展开分析,计算了其过电压和组合间隙,采用中间电位法用封闭卡具带电更换,作业方法是安全可行的。This paper introduces the live line replacement of zero-resistance insulator on 220 kV strained tower. For mid-potential working, the complex gap and number of insulators must be appropriate. Initially this method is only suitable for using on lines at 330 kV and above. According to operation data and design of pollution area 3, a study was conducted for the first time on live line replacement of the single insulator on Phase A insulator string at tower 137 on 220 kV Cheng-Long single line by using enclosed holder. The over-voltage and complex gap was calculated and the working procedures are safe and practical.
