摘 要:为了提高电阻点焊的焊接参数稳定性和控制精度,提高焊接质量,设计开发了中频逆变电阻点焊机。通过对比中频电阻焊接电源与工频电阻焊接电源的原理,分析中频逆变电阻焊接电源的优势,选择了功能丰富、性能卓越的BOSCH中频逆变电源和变压器进行电阻焊机的开发;详细阐述了焊机的总体设计、焊机气路系统和基于PLC的控制系统的开发技术、基于组态软件的人机界面开发技术;进行系统的综合集成、调试和工艺试验。试验结果表明,研制的电阻点焊机具有良好的工艺稳定性和高的参数控制精度。In order to improve the welding parameters stability and control accuracy and optimize welding quality,medium frequency inverter resistance spot welding machine is designed and developed in this paper.Firstly,the advantages of medium frequency inverter power source is analysed by comparing the principle of medium frequency inverter power source and line-frequency power source, good performance BOSCH medium frequency inverter and transformer are selected to developing spot welding machine.And then, welding machine total design,the PLC based control system and air channel system,human-machine interface based on configuration software are presented in detail.System integrating,adjusting,and process experiments are welt done.The experiments resuhs demonstrated that the spot welding machine is characterized by good process stability and high parameters control accuracy.
