摘　　要：介绍了一种网卡固定架级进模的结构设计,通过对网卡固定架的结构工艺分析,设计出了排样图。以此为基础,将需七道工序完成的工作,集中在一副模具上完成,并对模具的主要工作部件进行了分析设计,降低了模具制造成本,提高了产品质量和生产效率。Introduced a sort of internet card holder＇s progressive die design. Through the analysis of the card holder＇s structure we have designed the layout drawing. According to the layout project, it will need seven processes and focus on one set of the die to finish the construction. Also, we have analyzed and designed the main working parts of the die, which would reduce the costs of the die and raise the quality of the products and increase the productivity effect.
